Frequently Asked Questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. If you don't want to be charged for the next billing period, cancel at least 1 day before your renewal date. You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
Do unused reports roll over?
Monthly subscription reports reset each billing cycle and don't roll over. Credit pack reports never expire, but they need to be used with an active subscription. If your subscription lapses, your credits are paused and will be available again once you resubscribe.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.
